  4. Limitations and Hidden infections/Infestations.

    1. Due to the structure and design of some buildings, it is not possible to apply effective chemicals barrier and treatments to all areas of such buildings. Pests may therefore exist and concealed areas (both above and below ground level) which cannot reasonably be visually or physically accessed, inspected, or treated. This may result in less than full inspection and complete treatment for termites and other pests. As consequence, this may result in less than total eradication of pests in and outside the building(s)( or below the soil under or around the building) and enable other pests to regain access to the building following treatment.

  5. This treatment has no effect on Termites.

    1. Termites are treated with entirely different chemicals. A specialised investigation conducted by a licensed and experienced Termite Inspector is required for this purpose to comply with AS3660-2 Australian Standards. We can provide this at an additional charge.
